This Privacy Policy describes the ways of protection of personal data of Users entering the www website located at www.pkcomponents.pl, referred to as ‘PK COMPONENTS’. The privacy policy is in force regardless of the fact if the access to the website of PK COMPONENTS is performed through a computer, tablet, mobile phone, tv set or any other device.

Lack of acceptance of The Privacy Policy is synonymous with lack of possibility of using this webpage.

The principles of privacy protection included in the Privacy Policy concern only services presented in the domain www.pkcomponents.pl. PK COMPONENTS is not responsible for the privacy policy of the websites of other institutions to which references (links) are located on our webpage.

Users’ data of the website:

Privacy and security of PK COMPONENTS Users’ data is our priority. It is important to us to inform every User about the kind of data we collect and to what extent this data is used by us.

When Users enter the website of PK COMPONENTS, our servers automatically record, so called: system logs – anonymous information like: time of the visit, IP address, URL address, browser.

Collected logs are stored for indefinite time as supportive material to administer the website. Information included in them is not disclosed to third parties. Only server administrator will have access to that information.

Moreover, www.pkcomponents.pl collects anonymous data like: the number of visits, country, type of the browser or time of the visit. Collected data is analyzed by means of an external supplier (based on tools of Google Analytics).

Using cookies files:

www.pkcomponents.pl uses cookies files. They identify the User’s browser and improve the operation of the webpage. In the settings of the browser it is possible to choose the option of rejecting cookies files ,however, some functions of the website may work incorrectly. Cookies files do not contain any personal data. Lack of changes in the browser’s settings means we accept the Privacy Policy.


Candidates applications (CV):

Applications (CV) sent through the sub-page Career including personal data of the candidates go directly to an authorized employee of PK COMPONENTS. Access to data may be given to authorized people taking care of the website who were granted appropriate authority. PK COMPONENTS does not hand over and does not disclose any collected personal data to other subjects. The exception is authorized authorities who may ask PK COMPONENTS for such information based on proper legal regulations.

Acquired personal data is processed in accordance with in accordance with the Resolution of the European Union and the Council 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons due to processing personal data and free flow of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (In short called RODO).

CVs sent by candidates by means of a tab ‘Career’ in relation to the recruitment process shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of that recruitment process, and after its completion (i.e. after selecting and employing a person for a particular position) all documents will be deleted according to the internal procedure of a company. In other cases – i.e. when a candidate sends their CV and there is no ongoing recruitment process – their documents will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months and then deleted.

PK COMPONENTS shows it makes all necessary effort to protect personal data of Users from disclosing to unauthorized people, damage or loss.


Contact Form:

Acquired personal data (email address) by means of a Contact Form located on a sub-page of Contact is processed only in order to respond to a message sent by a User.

Data included in it voluntarily will be processed by PK COMPONENTS based on the act on the Resolution of the European Union and the Council 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons due to processing personal data and free flow of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE.


Newsletter:

Receiving PK COMPONENT’s newsletter requires only an email address. This newsletter concerns the latest information relating to the product offer and industry events with the participation of PK COMPONENTS.

Signing up for a newsletter is possible by using the tab ‘Contact’ and is fully voluntary. It is also possible to sign up for a newsletter by sending an email to info@pkcomponents.pl where a written agreement for adding the email address to the mailing list is expressed.

PK COMPONENT’s newsletter may include links to other websites, which relate to the topic of a given newsletter and they will be placed for comfort and information of the User. PK COMPONENTS does not bear responsibility for the information placed there and the privacy policies relating to the above mentioned websites.


The change of the Privacy Policy:

PK COMPONENTS has the right to change the above Privacy Policy through publishing a new Privacy Policy on that sub-page.
