You’ll find the answers to these questions during Ewelina Otrębiak’s presentation at the MeetUp Food Supplement Ingredients Business&Science conference.

On November 7th, at the MeetUp Food Supplement Ingredients Business&Science conference, Aleksandra Janczkowska will present a lecture on ‘The significance of alternative protein sources in food – yeast protein.”
Are you curious about how yeast protein can become an alternative protein source in food?
The increasing demand for protein, dietary trends, and climate changes make plant-based protein sources an attractive alternative. Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast is well-known in the food industry and can be an excellent source of protein with a favorable amino acid profile.
We invite you to participate in the conference and discover the answers to these questions!
